How Railr Works

Railr is a coordination layer for institutional digital asset markets. One network, five capabilities, all operating through a shared infrastructure of verified participants, intelligent routing, and bilateral settlement. Network access requires regulatory authorisation in the participant's home jurisdiction.

Liquidity RFQ

The RFQ lifecycle is the core coordination model. Institutional participants request competitive quotes from professional liquidity providers through a structured, anonymous process. The infrastructure provides pre-trade intelligence, routing tools, and LP scoring data across every request.

01

Submit RFQ

An institutional client specifies the asset pair, trade size, direction, and settlement preferences through the Railr terminal or API. For stablecoin inventory requests, multi-asset fills and partial fills are supported.

02

Smart Routing Evaluation

Before broadcast, the infrastructure evaluates all available conversion paths, including multi-hop routes. If an indirect path returns better pricing than a direct quote, that path is surfaced to the participant. Estimated executable depth at the relevant size tier is also displayed before the RFQ is sent.

03

Competitive Quotes

The anonymous RFQ is routed to eligible professional liquidity providers simultaneously. Providers compete to deliver executable prices in real time. LP Liquidity Scores are visible to participants, surfacing the most competitive and reliable providers.

04

Execute

The participant accepts the best quote. Settlement instructions are generated for both counterparties. Settlement is T+0 and bilateral between the two parties. The infrastructure records execution quality data for both sides of the network.

Stablecoin Coordination

Institutional desks continuously rebalance USDT, USDC, and RLUSD positions across venues and counterparties. The infrastructure supports multi-asset inventory requests, partial allocations, and cross-pair routing through the same RFQ coordination layer. Liquidity providers with deep stablecoin inventory can respond to rebalancing requests in real time.

Settlement Verification

Railr provides on-chain settlement confirmation and reconciliation for every transaction across the network. Both counterparties receive real-time verification that settlement has completed, with full audit trails for compliance and reporting. Settlement is T+0 and bilateral across all supported chains.

Yield Coordination

Regulated institutional participants holding stablecoin reserves can use the infrastructure to coordinate yield access with verified counterparties. The coordination layer provides discovery and communication tools for treasury desks, DAO treasuries, and stablecoin operations. All counterparties complete the same regulatory status verification, KYC, and KYB process. Railr does not offer, manage, or advise on yield products.

Tokenised RWA

The infrastructure supports coordination between participants for tokenised real-world assets, including tokenised treasuries and credit instruments. Participants use the same discovery and communication tools as the RFQ and stablecoin coordination layers. All transactions are bilateral between counterparties. Railr does not issue, distribute, or provide custody of tokenised assets.

Intelligence Layer

Every capability on Railr is supported by the same intelligence infrastructure. Railr Signal generates LP Liquidity Scores based on response speed, quote competitiveness, fill reliability, and settlement performance. Railr Router surfaces the most relevant providers to participants based on asset, size, and historical performance data. Railr Execute records execution quality data for both sides of the network. All routing and scoring is algorithmic and data-driven. Railr does not direct order flow or make execution decisions on behalf of participants.

Network Access

Railr is a permissioned network. All participants complete regulatory status verification, KYC, and KYB before activation. Network access is currently limited to participants holding regulatory authorisation in their home jurisdiction. Every counterparty on the network has been verified to the same standard.
