What is Railr?

Railr is a permissioned liquidity intelligence network that connects institutional trading desks with professional liquidity providers for digital asset markets. Railr provides the infrastructure for structured, competitive price discovery without operating a public order book or continuous trading venue.

Railr is not an exchange. There is no public order book, no continuous matching engine, and no open access. Railr is a closed, permissioned network where every participant has been verified.

Railr is not a broker. Railr does not execute trades on behalf of participants, does not take positions, and does not provide investment advice. Railr is neutral infrastructure.

Railr enables institutions to submit request-for-quote (RFQ) inquiries that are broadcast to competing liquidity providers. These providers respond with executable prices in real time. The result is competitive pricing driven by structured liquidity competition: the same model trusted by traditional fixed-income and FX markets, now applied to digital assets.

Railr Intelligence Layer. Beyond RFQ broadcast, Railr adds an intelligence layer that makes the network smarter over time. Smart Routing evaluates multi-hop conversion paths before broadcasting. Liquidity Depth Preview shows estimated executable depth at different size tiers before an RFQ is sent. The Two-Sided Reputation Engine scores both liquidity providers and clients on execution quality, keeping network standards high for all participants.

Stablecoin Inventory Coordination. Railr also serves stablecoin desks that continuously rebalance digital dollar inventory across venues, counterparties, and chains. Railr provides structured liquidity discovery for these flows through RFQ-based coordination: Inventory Source to Railr Coordination to Counterparty Liquidity.
