Railr operates as a permissioned network. Access is available by application only and is subject to review and approval. This ensures every participant meets the standards required for institutional-grade execution and liquidity coordination.

Who Can Apply

Railr serves institutional trading desks, asset managers, OTC desks, treasury operations, stablecoin desks managing continuous inventory rebalancing, qualified high net worth individuals, and professional liquidity providers. Both buy-side and sell-side participants can apply for network access.

Verification Requirements

All participants complete identity verification (KYC) and business verification (KYB) before gaining access. This includes verification of company registration, directors, beneficial ownership structure, and compliance standing. Railr maintains ongoing compliance monitoring to preserve network integrity.

Application Process

To apply for access, submit an application through the website. Applications are reviewed by the Railr team and approved applicants are guided through onboarding and verification. The permissioned model ensures all counterparties operate within a trusted, high-integrity environment.
