Regulatory position: Railr operates as neutral technology infrastructure for liquidity discovery between regulated institutional participants. Network access is currently limited to participants holding regulatory authorisation in their home jurisdiction. Railr maintains KYC, KYB, regulatory status verification, sanctions screening, and AML controls as conditions of network participation, and is actively pursuing formal regulatory authorisation in selected jurisdictions as the network scales.
