Liquidity Providers on Railr
Railr connects professional liquidity providers with institutional trading flow through a structured, competitive RFQ network. Liquidity providers receive anonymous request-for-quote inquiries from verified institutional counterparties and compete to deliver executable prices.
The Railr network is not a broadcast engine. It is a coordination and intelligence layer. Providers are matched to RFQs based on their LP Liquidity Score: a composite of response latency, quote competitiveness, fill reliability, and settlement performance. Providers who score higher receive preferential access to flow.
LP Liquidity Score
Every liquidity provider on Railr receives a real-time Liquidity Score based on actual execution data. The score captures four dimensions: response speed (sub-second responses rank highest), quote competitiveness (spread tightness relative to the network), fill reliability (quote-to-fill conversion rate), and settlement performance (T+0 completion rate). Scores are visible to counterparties, creating a transparent, meritocratic execution environment.
Stablecoin Inventory Flow
Railr provides significant stablecoin inventory coordination flow. Institutional desks continuously rebalance USDT, USDC, and RLUSD positions across venues and counterparties. Liquidity providers with deep stablecoin inventory and competitive spreads can access this demand directly through the Railr RFQ network.
Beyond RFQ: Full Network Access
Liquidity providers on Railr access flow across all five network capabilities. Beyond core RFQ deal flow, providers can participate in Stablecoin Coordination (multi-asset inventory rebalancing), Yield Coordination (institutional stablecoin yield distribution), and Tokenised RWA (real-world asset coordination). Settlement Verification provides on-chain confirmation and reconciliation across all transaction types.
Why Join Railr
Railr provides direct access to regulated institutional trading desks executing large digital asset transactions. The permissioned network model ensures all counterparties hold regulatory authorisation and have completed KYC and KYB verification, reducing counterparty risk and creating a trusted execution environment. Your performance data is yours: LP Liquidity Scores are built from your actual execution history.
Access Requirements
Liquidity providers must hold regulatory authorisation, licence, or registration in their home jurisdiction. All providers complete regulatory status verification, KYC, and KYB before network activation. Network access is currently limited to regulated participants.
